Bianco di Sicilia

 

Regaleali, famous for their Cabernet, brings us a Bianco di Sicilia made from Inzolia.  A grape typical of western Sicily also used to make Marsala, it boasts a pale yellow color with a mellow bouquet hinting of the barnyard and apple.  Beautifully smooth with understated grassy, floral and nutty flavors, the soft tannins coat your mouth and stay with you long after sipping.
